Every item and service is prepared with precision so that athletes know exactly what they are receiving before they purchase. Because many of our offerings involve personalised services, scheduled sessions, digital resources, or perishable/consumable items, all sales are final. This means:

• No exchanges

We understand that plans can change, and if you have any concerns about an order, booking, or product you’ve received, please reach out. While we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, we are always happy to review any issue individually and help find a supportive solution where possible.
